Georgetown -6 1 unit
OK, I have been somewhat waiting on this one. Cuse has yet to lose on road/neutral I believe but I definitely see that coming to a close tonight. Line was 2-3 higher than I expected, though I'm not shocked, is the only reason I'm not playing this for more. Cuse getting a little too much credit for beating 3 of the worst teams in the Big East to kick off conference play in my eyes. I like this team a lot and their potential is as high as nearly any team in the nation but it is a team that I think will certainly have some hiccups along the way, especially on the road vs solid teams like Georgetown. Honestly Cuse may prove to be the better team by the end of the season but they still may not cover here. Cuse struggled to beat a S Fla team on the road and while this is a much different situation if we see that sloppy Cuse team that hasn't reared it's head in a few games this one may spiral out of control. G'Town lost a lot from last year's team and no one wants to give them a ton of credit but I really like this year's team. Obviously Monroe is a stud. I love Austin Freeman's game and if he starts hitting some 3's as he's more than capable of he can take it to the next level. G'Town by the way dominated the Providence game much more than the score indicated and probably should have won by 15 at least. Just see G'Town being too efficient for Cuse and taking this one by double digits when it's all said and done.
Interested to hear the Cuse fans take. More to come I would believe, might end up making this a bigger play as well.

Wake -4 2 units
ummm WTF? Line makes no sense? Let down spot? I can't call it. Should be Wake -8 or so. Really thought we'd see a high line here, maybe even ten, books really don't believe in Wake or still giving BC too much credit? Yeah it's on the road, but I still don't see it...no real analysis here just a way more talented team with a short price on the road.

Baylor -1 1 unit
Baylor flat out better team here. Much better guard play and with Acy and Rogers the team might not be tall but can get some rebounds and block some shots down low. Baylor only two losses at Wake and by 1 to S Car. Have won @ Zona St and Wash St...fairly soft schedule admittedly but speaking of soft schedules A&M 10-0 at home but best win against an LSU team I don't think of much I guess and a 1 point coin flip comeback win over Zona - a game where they impressively only turned it over 4 times but otherwise were outplayed (they don't turn it over a ton but their frosh backup PG loves to turn it over and Baylor creates a bunch of turnovers so don't expect that type of performance tonight). Without Jordan A&M is still the better rebounding team but not dominant enough to take out Baylor in my eyes here.

Hofstra/Drexel under 122 1 unit
Not huge on totals but these two teams are horrible on offense but play some pretty solid defense. Last time they met it got to 119 and I think the game being at home for Drexel should lead to them dictating tempo a bit more this time...they run a slow offense ...teams combined for 42 points in the first half before a late surge by Hofstra led to a 77 point 2nd half. Rivalry game that is played with hard-nosed defense, this total looks pretty high to me.

Usually I'm betting against them and they're beating me, here I give them a rare backing and they burn me..might stay far away from Baylor here on in...will say I am not impressed with A&M they have used their size advantage well and don't think they've turned it over much but on the road vs any team with size they aren't going to get it done. Will look to fade them at some point.
