Some people are just stupid and can't follow instructions. I'm not a fan of the cop in this case but if you're in a highly escalated situation and the cops show up with bazookas on the fucking ready and pointed right at you..... you better say "Yes, sir" an "No, sir" and follow insturctions. It's not a "friend-making opportunity"
He gave him several chances. I don't like that he blasted him, but if it's me or you and you can't follow instructions.... C-YA! Cops deal with savages ALL DAY LONG. The guy clearly went behind his back and didn't follow instructions. Don't know if he was drunk or whatever, and he shouldn't have died..... but you got to look at it from both sides. The thugs on the streets are savages. Likewise, some cops on the streets can live for this stuff and just want it (very small %, but it's out there). So if you're a cop.... you're dealing with thug-life on the regular. And if you're facing up on a cop who is fully loaded, you have to take into account it's a human being and you don't know if you got that 1% go that will blasting on you.

Really!?!?! The guy was drunk in a hotel, which isn't a crime, and he was forced to play Simon Says for over 4 minutes with this blood thirsty pig!! Once his fingers were locked behind his head, and his legs crossed on the floor, police protocol, your partner goes to the suspect and cuffs him!! End of story!! It's murder as clear as day!
OJ was innocent, as was Sen Martinez, as was the illegal alien that killed the girl in SF (not even convicted of manslaughter for heaven's sake)

Wow, my brother told me about this case today. I hadn't seen this post as I was out of the country. I always defend the police but not in this case. They had the guy with his hands on his head on the floor. They should have frisked the guy down and cuffed him up. I couldn't understand all of the instructions this cop was yelling at him. I would give this cop life in prison.
