Not the best setup for Cleveland here. Two games Saturday and an extra inning game yesterday. Now they have to play at 11am in Boston, which is really 10am by their internal clock. Devers is back in the lineup for Boston. Feels like a good spot to bet the Red Sox. GL

I was right about Cleveland having nothing in the game. The problem is Boston didn’t either. Eventually Cleveland broke through and that was that. Musgrove is struggling big time for the Padres. I’ll take a shot with Milwaukee as a very small favorite. Mets might be turning the corner and I’m not ready to believe in Martin Perez. Might add the Cubs later.

One of those days where I see a lot of value. There won’t be many days where I have this many bets, but this is one of them. GL

I was going to complain about my rotten late inning or extra inning luck today. Then the Yankees scored four runs in the ninth and won 6-4. I still would have liked to win one of the three games I bet on that were tied entering the ninth inning. Or gotten a second extra inning run in the Braves game to hit that over. The truth is I made one bad bet on Cincinnati, one good bet on Oakland and six bets that could have went either way.

Only five games tomorrow. I will probably bet Detroit again, maybe one other.

Tigers battled back, but couldn’t win the bullpen battle late. I might have a bet on the Giants game later. Let’s see what the lineups look like.

Marlins game was postponed. Yes they are awful so far this year, but the worst teams in the league usually win 1/3 of their games. You just have to find the right spots. Let’s hope the Giants are the right spot tonight. GL

Nice win from the Mets gets me a small profit for yesterday. I really like this matchup offensively for both teams in the Yankees game. Soto has excellent numbers against Eflin. Verdugo is 4-12 with a home run. Diaz is 8-25 with two homers agains Cortes. Both Cortes and Eflin have been mediocre this season with ERA’s in the mid fours. First two unit bet of the season. Maybe more to come later. GL
