Tournaments in Vegas

Gonna be in Vegas this Thursday night thru Sunday. Looking for poker tourneys out there. I've been checking websites and the only one I can find is NL Holdem tourney for a $120 buy in on Thursday at 7pm.

I don't think I'll make it for that one, but does anyone know of any others?

I looked around for a little and couldn't find anything...

maybe someone else will have more luck than me

you could try posting it in the main forum as well - there are some las vegas locals that would know where to look..

there are tournaments all over. I think mandalay bay has one for like $45 buy-in at 10am everyday. I know orleans, monte carlo, and others probably have regular tournaments as well. Your best bet is to either call their pokerrooms and ask, or just go there when you get there on thursday and ask. There will be alot especially all saturday.

Ok, thanks for the help. I assumed that most tourneys would be weekday affairs, as opposed to weekend. The only searching I had done was via websites.

Walk into the poker room of your choice, get the Cardplayer. Check the Nevada tournaments in the back. There are a lot at various prices and numbers of entrants. The Orleans tournaments draw many players.
