Up 85-82 with 1:32 to go, the North Carolina Tar Heels needed one stop to take control and they couldn't get it.
Credit Alabama. A team that is one of the worst in College basketball defensively held the Tar Heels to 33 2nd half points and got themselves the upset win.
Didn't see that one coming. Not in a million years.
This was an Alabama defense that had given up over 100 points in 3 of thier last 6 games and yet they figured out a way to stop UNC.
Or maybe UNC choked and stopped themselves. Either way, Bama advances.
And that is how winning day #4 out of 5 doesn't happen.
