Well, it was the 2-0 sweep I had to have and it's the 2-0 sweep with Saturday's 200 dime winner on UConn and Sunday's 100 dime winner on Purdue over Tennessee.
Some rock solid momentum heading into this week and I will gladly take that momentum into this 2nd straight tourney 100 dime winner.
Listen, Purdue was solid on Sunday but Saturday was a thing of beauty.
I've have had some big time winners but you can put the 200 dimer on UConn right up there with the best of them.
Last year on Saturday I handed the world a 200 dimer on UConn over Gonzaga and they blew the Zags out by 28.
Well this year they blew Illinois out by 27.
The 30-0 run spanning the end of the 1st half and start of the 2nd half was something I don't think you will ever see in this tourney.....EVER.
Today is about building on the 100 dime winner on Purdue on Sunday and the 200 dimer winner Saturday on UConn.

Well, nice to stay on fire in Men's College Basketball with the 100 dime winner on Seton Hall blowing out Georgia last night 84-67.
They jumped on the Bulldogs 16-3 and never looked back as Georgia could get no closer than 9 the rest of the way!!!
Talk about a cigar game!!!!!
It all started with the 200 dime winner on UConn Saturday, the 100 dime winner on Sunday with Purdue and of course the 100 dime winner on Seton Hall last night.
It really is a crying shame Seton Hall didn't get in the "BIG" tournament. For the committee to give 5 at large bids to the MountainWest......EMBARRASSING!!!
And those 6 teams go out and only 2 advance to the 2nd round, only 1 advances to the 3rd round and that team loses by 30 to UConn!!
Oh, a team Seton Hall beat by 15!!!!!
