No suprise pube head took nuggets. I'll give the heat credit. They played well. Kind of think he may take heat plus the points since Caleb Martin was a no show and jimmy wasn't dominant and the Heat have regained their momentum or some shit he will say. Nuggets just pissed him off. That actually may be enough for him to switch teams. We all know how fickle Link is.

We were all over that. The Nuggets head coach was honest and it was clear that as good as they are, they can't rely on the other team, with some great shooters, making only a small % of 3s. What happens? They revert back to the mean plus some and Link gets drilled again. Outright!

What a clown.

Lang looked at this game and thought, Well the Nuggets did it for me in game 1, the exact same thing will happen in game 2. Why change?
That's as far as he went with it.

He's a moron and a terrible handicapper as his record over the years clearly proves.
Yes, he clearly hasn't learned anything about his (dumb) emotions over all the years, or anything about handicapping.

But that's why we love him!

Well, I felt good about my 100 dimer on the Nuggets when they went up 15 in the 2nd quarter but they quickly pissed that away.
Up 8 heading into the 4th quarter I had to admit, I felt pretty damn good about them on the Nuggets in game 2.
Then I watched in horror as Denver, for the 2nd straight game, did not show in the 4th quarter and this time it bit them in the ass and they lost outright.
Have to be honest with you, I didn't see that happening in the 4th quarter.
Nuggets head coach Mike Malone summed it up best after the loss, "That's two 4th quarters where 4th quarter defense has been non-existent."
Malone was disgusted after the 4th quarter of game one and I handicapped game 2 that Denver would have a great 4th quarter and put the game away.
I WAS WRONG!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I give the Heat all the credit in the world but as Malone also said, "it was by far our least disciplined game of the playoffs. Totally unacceptable."
So cashed a 200 dimer on the Nuggets in game one, gave 100 dimes back on the Nuggets game two last night.
We will worry about game 3 Wednesday, in the meantime it's back to baseball where I have heated up a bit.
Rock solid 60 dime winner on Friday with the Rockies and a rock solid 100 dimer on the Rockies again Saturday.
Let's make it 3 in a row on the diamond and keep this baseball run going.
LFG!!!!

Sorry if this seems like knit picking but his reasoning is quite a bit different here than what he used in the Game 6 scenario between

Celtics and Heat when Celtics seemed to have Heat put away and yet the Heat kep rallying and rallying in the 4th quarter

to narrowly lose the game at the buzzer.

As I see it, he used part of this momentum reasoning to back his Miami pick against the Celtics in Boston getting around eight points

which resulted not only in a Heat cover but easy outright win.

Imo if he used the same kind of rally from the Heat in Game One who were down around 21 points and then rallied to get as close

to around 7 points late in the fourth quarter before losing by 11, he would have picked the Heat to cover because of the late \

momemtum picked up in Game One.

This is why I stated in an earlier post why I thought he would be on the Heat yesterday!!
