Hi SS, I don't think it's your capping but money management and especially bet construction? Just my .02

Sorry I couldn't get back sooner I was on holiday.
Let me dissect your sentence. Yes money management would make me lose less but I would still be a loser. My average exacta payout
is roughly 22.60. Let's say I spend 16.00 a race. At a 50% hit rate {10 for 20} I would need an average exacta payout of 32.00 just
to break even. As for bet construction I suppose I could put my top 2 horses on top only cause that's where most of my winners are.
BUT I do have races where the backend of my ticket win also not as frequently as my top 2.....No I think what lies for me is playing
tougher races. Playing a 10 horse field is going to be a better payout then a 6 horse field. The key will be how far my hit rate drops.
Now if it drops to 33% now I have to roughly average 48.00 exacta to break even. .....You see my dilemma.
