Thought you were full of it, as my sole post here said I didn't believe this for a minute.

But I wonder who the bigger fool here is, those who wasted their time honestly trying to help someone who, for all they knew, was a real newbie who didn't act any less dumb than others they've known in their lives, or the guy who enjoyed posting this fake crap and laughed at the others trying to help? Sure, some responded meanly, but if you're that worried about a source of entertainment, turn on Howard Stern - oh that's right, he was pulled off the air yesterday - lol.

As for feeling dumber, you take your chances. Most likely forty percent of Internet posts are in some way dishonest, or just plain B.S.

Despite the bad posts, there remains many good, useful posts, especially in the Rx. I personally give most everyone the benefit of the doubt, until they prove otherwise. As for this guy, I kind of liked him. Reminded me of when I was young and stupid. But there are 20-year-olds believing they have all the angles, plans and systems squarely in place. They'll be on easy street any day now.

1) We're stupid because we thought you could afford to live 30 minutes from Chicago with no job? Well, you said you lived with your mom.
2) We're stupid because we thought it was possible for somebody to live near a major city and not have a job? Right, because there aren't any unemployed people near Chicago, LA, NYC, etc.

Against my better judgement, I read pages 2 & 3. I see someone corrected the mistake. Have a nice day everyone & sorry that the game didn't work out for you EDG. I would take the advice posted earlier & scalp out your bankroll at credible places. Would you be against scalping at books like Pin, Oly, 5 Dimes, etc that are trusted? I know I wouldn't feel worried at those places.

EDG, I hope you were joking, I suspect you are a little embarrassed. We all were when the first system we tried crashed and burned our bankroll. After a loss, it's psychologically comforting to say, "Ah delete this thread, I was only kidding you guys."

Several knowledgable posters offered some profitable paths for you to take. If you are truly inexperienced, it may be hard to recognize the saavy posts.

Walk of Life's advice is a great way for you to start showing a profit. This will get some money rolling in for you. SSI, Fezzik, Lurker, Lander, Krackman and others had good info for you as well. These guys are experts in this field, take their advice very seriously. It will pay nice dividends.

Your long term success and security is much more likely with a college degree. That being said, there is no reason you can't make some money at this while you get your diploma.

This is a FAKE topic. I don't care if EDG bet the Lakers or not, the point he made (and I assumed in my first post here) was that he posted a bullshit, false, and untrue story about his 'fantasy' situation. The sad thing is that there are people dumb enough out there to do that, which is why he got some posts genuinely trying to discourage him from continuing his ways: EDG was goofing because I suppose he was bored and wanted some laughs.

Again, he ain't doing what he said he was doing!!!
