They always wait for other counties to release their results so they know how many fake ballots they need to cheat!
They use dirty voter rolls AFTER the polls close since they know people won't be showing up at that point. That's how they get 80%, 90% 100% turnout in some of these areas.
The more people vote red, the greater the margin of victory, the more fake ballots and time they need to cheat!
