Olympic Problem

I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem in the past.

Monday night around Midnight I place 2 wagers (internet), Sac -1 (-120, bought half pt) and Sac over 206 (-120, bought half pt). Confirmed with my initials and looked at pending wagers and it was there. Yesterday I get home late, see that both of my wagers will most likely win and go to my PC to check. To my dismay, they were no longer there in pending wagers (game was still on).

I have e-mailed them but have not had a chance to look to see if they responded today.

I am wondering has anybody else experienced this problem with Olympic or any other book? Is this indicative of a software problem?

I have to add that I am 95% positive that I placed these 2 wagers, but if They say no way then I will have to go with it, but if it has happened to others then I have to think they may have a problem.

I have been with OLY for 3yrs..never experienced them losing a bet. talk to Wally he seems to be the best CS person they have

My only question would be WHY ON EARTH would you buy 1/2 point on an over/under bet. If you had to buy 1/2 point on an over/under bet to make it worthwhile, then maybe that was a real srong play for you anyway, even though it did win.

Dante thanks. Olympic resolved the situation. They are a class act book.

Players thanks for nothing, but if you just have to know... Sometimes I just feel better buying the half point. I have spent much time pulling my hair losing a wager on the half point.
