BoSox 2023 College Football Season Long Thread

Today: 0-1/YTD: 133-119, +9.61

What a beat that was in the Old Dominion game. They were up 28-0 and 35-14 and lost outright. I’m not going to go through all the ridiculous things that happened in the game. That is unquestionably the worst beat I have taken in college football this year. I also never complain about the refs. With that being said, there were a couple really mind blowing penalties later in that game. The cherry on top was ODU having the ball first and goal at the 1 in overtime and not being able to score. Anyone who watched the game and bet ODU has to be sick to their stomach. It’s only one game from a long bowl season, but that was really hard to believe.

I lean UTSA tomorrow, no bet yet.

I bought out of the Syracuse play yesterday and just ate the juice. I didn’t have a good feeling. I would have mentioned that here, but I forgot I even posted the bet. Let’s hope this one goes a little better today.

This is a rare top play for me. I think Miami wants nothing to do with this game. Rutgers will be motivated to beat a top program based on name value and do so close to home. Obviously someone agrees with me since the line went up a point today already. This is a game I would not wait until tomorrow to bet, as this could absolutely move to -3.

I am going to bet West Virginia. Maybe the public will bet this down to 5.5 over the next few hours.

I am seeing a couple 12’s and a 12.5 in the market. Anything under 13 is fine with me on Virginia Tech. As we saw last night, 13 is an important number.

Guess I’m betting all the favorites today. Not exactly my typical style, but I think those happen to be the right sides today. I don’t like the Louisville line moving against me, but nobody wanted to bet West Virginia either and they are doing ok at the moment. Best of luck.
