I like to watch independent movies and lesser known films quite a bit, especially since current blockbusters of the last decade+ are mostly BLAH at best.

Im going to add reccos and links to reviews and or clips over time ......please feel free to do the same and we can help each other discover some diamonds in the rough


I never liked Robert Pattinson , THEN I saw this movie.....I still dont necessarily like him but at least he is neutral to me now.....I did like his performance in the latest Batman more than expected.

This even has that kooky Jennifer Jason Leigh....very gritty

Ironically, in 1996 Ione Skye made a movie called, "The Size of Watermelons." Skip that one and go straight to 1989's The Rachel Papers. Her "watermelons" are onscreen for, at least, 30% of that little seen film.

Macy play the role of a loser to perfection and Maria Bello ( attractive milf but looks like a psycho to me, lol) is pretty cool as well.

Wow , I just watched the ending again and STILL got shivers from it......The acting could not be any more perfect and the filming/editing could not be any better
