yes he has egg on his face, but it's for not getting a decent o-line that can protect Rodgers who is getting murdered by the D every week.

The line actually did a semi decent job for him today. That sack he took near the left sideline early on was laughable, though.

Favre held this team hostage for his decisions and thought he was BIGGER than the team.

Unfortunately, at 40 years old, with a 7-1 record, and fantastic passing stats, Favre is bigger than the Packers.

6 sacks and getting hurried and knocked around all night is decent? How many times did Rodegrs get up limping? It's like this every game. I'll blame rodgers for not stepping on on 1, but still/

The o-line is brutal. They have some serious issues on defense. BUT, Packers would be 4-3 with Favre, or Rodgers. QB isnt the issue with the Packers

He should have egg on is face, but not about Brett Favre, Rogers will be just fine. How about the hiring of the fat ass coach McCarthy we have. Does he ever have a good game plan, his play calling just sucks. Do we ever put any pressure on the quarterback. Zero sacks on Favre today, to many penaltys, no discipline. I think McCarthy needs to get his shit together and fix the problems we have. We can't play cleveland and detroit every week. Is it just me that see's how stupid our coach is or am I watching a different game. Forget about Favre, he's gone and he's probably glad that he is. Can someone else comment on how dumb our coach is. :think2::think2::think2::think2::think2:

Mike MaCarthy certified his idiot status to me last year when he played for a 48 yard + FG against Min for the win in the dome.

He again tries a 51 yarder with Crosby. They miss and Minny is in the red zone the next play.

Farve is playing well, but minny has some nice playmakes with a great D. If Farve were in GB, they would be worse, he would just throw the ball up for grabs. I give Minny credit is they are playing well, but #4 will flame out in the playoffs.

Desmond Howard ain't walking through those doors.

Yesterday's game showed that, as a team, GB is underachieving. Childress, and I cannot believe I am saying this, had a good game plan for #4. Packers played well but, without a good running game you will not get to the playoffs. Ted did well with drafting Rodgers but has failed in many other areas.
I thought the Oline played good but several plays when Aaron was sacked should have been thrown out of bounds. That comes down to coaching. McCarthy has yet to prove to me he can devise a decent game plan.

The defensive scheme is not utilizing the talent of some of their players, i.e. Kampman.

Thompson spoke on the behalf on an entire city by saying bye bye. He had no right to speak or act on behalf of the fans. Wasn't his city. It was Farve's. In due time, evidence will show it always will be Farve's city. Not right now cause they are a little hurt and confused. In the end, they will love him again and will forever hate Thompson.

When Farve doesn't win a SB in Min, it won't make a difference.

Thompson made the right move, no player (Jordan not withstanding) can not hold a team hostage. Farve is not bigger than the team. He didn't even win more SBs than Bart Starr.

Give Aaron Rodgers an offensive line and a HOF type of Dlinemen and watch how successful he is all of a sudden.
