Jesus, the carnage above you extends to last year; all you can do is play out of it.


On to today. Last year my only success in the NBA was in the Finals, as inexplicably, the Celts were a series Underdog to the Lakers. Celts dominated. The much better team won easy.

Today the soft Lakers are a 2 point favorite. I live out here in LA and go to Laker games and cringe like all of you when Gasol, looking like a baby giraffe trying to get its legs, gets in the paint, seems like 9 out of 10 times, the big boys take his candy away and he is left crying to the refs.

Celts play winning basketball:kickass defense, no whinners allowed and unselfish team offense.

Lakers play softball, they bring in a hot and cold offense and a crybaby defense.

Celts own the Lakers. Both teams show up mentally today. Celts in a blowout, again

My biggest fear is that if my record gets any worse, outhouse tim will start tracking me ala rodfather.:shocked:

No Offense...But you say Merry Christmas...Than you start you're next sentence with Jesus....seemingly in a derogatory way....may be why you're having a nightmare season. Just a thought on Christmas Day

Yeah that's it. Jesus is booking my bets and kicking my ass.

I did not use Jesus in a derogatory way, It was a figure of speech and anyways Jesus and I go way back.

Jesus has given me many miracle wins as in "Jesus please let me win this bet!!! Please", I was just praying to him giving him thanks and asking for a Celt cover.

Its Christmas!

Jesus has a sense of humor and he told me blasphemy was overrated. He doesn't think of himself as a big celebrity, just a simple guy.

By the way Fine picks? What would Jesus do? Celts or Lakers?

Jesus is love, he gets humor and is not easily offended.
