their customer service is going down hill, way down hill. you use to be able to email them, now they dont respond to any emails. the only way you can contact them is through their contact page on the site, where emails are not saved.

i was told i would get a 20% reload, i lost all my money. now, i make a deposit, and ask for it and they siad they are not offering it??? i was just told they were. but i do not have the email to show them to verify this. the messages are erased after they are read i guess

i dont know what is going on over there, but it is not the book i was use to playing at

If you deposited BEFORE the start of the COLTS game last Sunday AND you used Neteller to do so.............you were entitled to a 20% bonus.

Try calling them again please and please report back.

I sent money Friday. They didn't give me bonus even though I emailed them once Friday and once Saturday to see why bonus wasn't credited. Emailed them again Monday and they said sorry you didn't get the bonus but deadline was Sunday. I thought WTF is this nonsense and forarded them about 5 times the copies of emails I sent on Friday and Saturday reminding them of bonus. They finally gave me the bonus on Tuesday. The certainly were trying to dodge as many of them as they could I am convinced of that but in the end they are still a good book and did make it right. Would stay with them even if I didn't get the bonus but I cannot stand it when people don't live up to their word or make it really difficult.

ROYAL- as long as they have that you deposited by NETELLER on the day you said, that will cover your *ss better than any email.

I think what is apparrently happening here is that some particular person at WWTS has no idea what is going on.

Be assured, if you deposited via NETELLER before the start of the Colts game on Sunday, you will be entitled to a 20% bonus.

That is what I thought also but they were absolutely not going to give me the bonus unless I provided copies of the emails that I sent them on both Friday and Saturday asking why I did not get bonus. Don't want to sound too negative about them as they are one of the few books I use currently and I like them but they did not handle this very well. I also had to send those emails time and time again as they kept saying they weren't getting them. Well everyone else gets my AOL emails so why weren't they. especially when they were getting me emails discussing the issue with them Monday and Tuesday. bottom line if they don't want to easily honor the promotion then don't have it.

Yes, no doubt somebody gave you the wrong information about there being able to get another 20% bonus.

Can you not just withdraw the money then without it costing you anything??

To clear this up I did send on Friday via neteller. No just one deposit was sent. I emailed them Friday evening and again Saturday asking why I didn't get the bonus. Was too busy and lazy to call them. I emailed them again Monday and they said I missed deadline which I clearly didn't. I was angry when I heard this so I told them that I emailed them twice over the weekend before deadline and asked why bonus wasn't credited. They informed me that they had no record of these and therefore I don't get bonus. I asked them if I forwarded them the emails again that I had sent if I could have bonus and they reluctantly said yes. I sent them and they said they didn't receive them. This pattern happened 4 or 5 times and then finally some lady there said they got one and they finally gave me the bonus. So I did get the bonus but shouldn't have had to spend 3 or 4 hours trying to get the damn thing, when like you said the only stipulation quoted was send money by neteller by kickoff sunday.

If bigbonus1234 doesn't have a copy of the E-Mail stating that WWTS indeed will give him a 2nd 20% reload bonus, he doesn't have much grounds for complaining.

It clearly stated in black and white that this 20% reload bonus was good for one reload only. Knowing how WWTS operates, any offer of a 2nd reload bonus was probably an error on the part of a CS rep, rather than a policy of WWTS to offer a 2nd reload bonus.
