If it is indeed a technical issue that's prevented them from making Neteller payouts the last 2 or 3 days, I can live with that ... but I want to make sure that that's really the case.

Aside from that, the bigger problem is how WWTS will handle my payout requests for this past week. WWTS has a rule that allows $5K per day max payout by Neteller, and a $10K per week max payout. That's fine, I can live with that.
But here's where the problem arises ... ideally, I would have wanted to get my 2 $5K payouts for this week gone by, and two more $5K payouts next week ... but because of their delays due to the request for ID, the so-called "technical difficulties", incompetence, and a general "I don't give a shitt" attitude from managers, I haven't been able to get either of my 2 payouts for the past week.
Now, a decent book with decent customer service would let me have four withdrawals next week (the two that I'm entitled to for next week, plus the two that I should have received this past week) ... but they said "No".
That to me is some pretty shoddy customer service and a very bad attitude towards their customers. It's unlikely that many readers will disagree with me on this.
