Traffic was way backed up coming in from Santa Ana this afternoon. I saw a bunch of uprooted trees and many others who had their tops ripped off. Are we under attack?

last year at this same time i remember the highway be backed up all the way to the corobici and fogo ... some trees fell into the highway from rain run off
