Holy shit. It’s taken a few days to sink in and I am still on cloud 9. This is insane! No doubt this is the best case scenario. As much as I would have loved to see Watson in a Fins uniform, I would have struggled parting with Tua and multiple 1s. Keeping Tua, adding solid oline starters, speed in the backfield and now pairing the Cheetah with Waddle is fucking crazy. How the fuck will the league cover this type of speed? It’s sky’s the limit for this offense. I already hit them to win the division, conference and sb! Here’s to next season bro!

Woh man, slow down! You're moving faster than Tyreek! Lol!

I'm w/you buddy. I was ecstatic about that trade, but you have to look @ all our moves together. Cedric Wilson, the speedster from DAL, & Ezukanma in draft, who resembles a poor man version of Deebo Samuel, w/returning WRs Waddle & 6'5 Preston Williams, makes this 1 of the best WR rooms in the NFL. THEN you look @ additions of Raheem Mostert, who helped lead SF To SB 2 yrs ago, excellent counter piece Chase Edmonds, veteran Sony Michel, AND underrated FB from LAV Alec Ingold, w/returning starters Gaskin & Ahmed, & RBs could be a major strength. The most exciting part to me is early reports have DAL olineman Connor Williams excelling as a leader & @ center, to help anchor a line that now has pro-bowler Terron Armstead. So if coaching staff can successfully gel those 2 w/our early draft pix Hunt, Jackson, Kindley & Eichenberg, we could be hitting crazy strides midseason to POs!

Of course the largest unknown here is the coaching staff. "D" absolutely has the talent to be a top-10 "D", so if coaches can continue the trend from Flores' era, we'll be very balanced there. And if McDaniel is the "O" mastermind he's made out to be, & brings SF's "O" from previous seasons to MIA, the skies the limit. W/a very straight face, I can say MIA's "O" can be the #1 "O" in the league if the coaches utilize & prepare their players correctly. Even if they don't, MIA showed they could score the previous yrs w/out all of this new talent & "O" game-planning.

If you notice, I didn't even bring up Tua. He has rarely been the problem. He doesn't have the talent like Watson or Burrow to escape bad pass blocking & a poor run gm to make crazy plays downfield. And our receivers (except Waddle & Gesicki) rarely made the adjustments to help Tua when he had to escape the pocket. And Burrow & Watson (2 yrs ago) still had better pass blocking than Tua had last yr! You tell me if Brady, Rodgers or Herbert, who is constantly compared w/Tua, had only 2 1/2 seconds avg time to throw, if they'd be as successful as they are? In fact Mahomes showed us what can happen to a great QB given that kind of time when TB's "D" ran roughshot on KC's oline in SB. Tua is 1 of the most accurate passers in the league & when he had time, completed 50% of his passes of 25+ yds. MIA's oline last yr won 46.6% of their pass blocks. This meant that on over half of Tua's dropbacks, 1 or more of his oline let their defender by straight to Tua. OVER HALF OF THE TIME.

Lastly, health must be there. Particularly if Armstead or Tyreek get hurt, that could throw a wrench in everything. Tua is very critical to getting deep into POs, however Teddy is good enough to carry a handful of gms in season to keep pace w/BUF. But if Terron got hurt, I'm not sure MIA could survive a reshuffle to something we had last yr, & obviously if we lose Tyreek for any time, that makes the "O" more pedestrian.
