Almost considered hangin em up after last wk. Just awful displays put on by DAL, CLE & MIA. @ least MIA could pt to -6 degrees temp & injuries, but DAL & CLE had no such excuses. I laughed when I looked @ my writeup for CLE gm, ending it w/”so if Flacco doesn’t sabotage them, this should be an easy win & cover.” How McCarthy & Quinn kept their jobs after that embarrassing effort vs GB is beyond me. Xs & Os are one part of the coach’s job, but getting the players to dial in is just as important. GL to Cowboy fans next yr. Flacco also torpedoed by Teaser, but thankfully LAR kept it close (w/some questionable calls against them) & MIA/KC Under hit. I was so disgusted over the weekend, that I didn’t pull the trigger on BUF & TB who I liked early in the wk. Thus the Worm’s atrocious luck continued.

DET -6 got their 1st PO win in 30 yrs & I think they continue here. The # is scary, but DET’s hm crowd was a factor vs LAR. Baker will need to be sharp along w/his “O”, that can lack discipline @ inopportune times. The key will be DET’s “D” containing Rachaad White. I feel DET’s pass rush will put pressure on Baker, who has been successful when he can throw downfield to his talented WRs.
