What do you know? Even numbered wk = winner. DEN really put a damper on what would’ve been a perfect wk. Both “O” & “D” performed as expected early, then let KC drive up & down the field to steal that one. DET was a bit of a concern too, but pulled out a turkey day win in typical DET fashion. Teaser continues hot streak.

POW 6-4-2, Teasers 10-2, Overall 34-17-3 (35-17-3 undocumented), GOY 0-1.

GB (-6) is riding some stability on the oline which is leading to better play from their future HoF QB. Their running gm will always be a concern, but I look for newly acquired Christine Michael to begin taking on more plays to become a factor. The return of Clay Matthews last wk helped the “D”, but he will need to fight thru shoulder pain again this wk to be effective. There’s a lot of focus on GB’s injuries this wk, w/Matthews & Rodgers, but HOU has a bunch of significant injuries to contend with. Their biggest loss is Clowney, who was beginning to make an impact this yr after having 2 disappointing seasons. A bunch of “D” starters are nursing injuries too, so to go into one of the toughest places to play in 30 degree weather & snow less than 100% is not conducive to winning, esp w/one of the worst QBs in the league. Watching Osweiler play this yr, esp w/Hopkins on 2 of my fantasy leagues, has been painful. He’s horribly inaccurate & makes poor choices often. He has really good receivers & decent RB, yet cannot maintain drives. He may have a good gm here, but I’m banking on Rodgers winning this duel. HOU is also 1-4 ATS & SU this yr on the rd, w/only win coming @ JAX.

HOU 17
GB 27
4 Units

Honorable Mentions:

1 Unit WAS +2 ½: ARI seems due here, but I’m betting they won’t cash in. They’re currently riding a 5 gm ATS losing streak & are terrible against winning teams this yr. Arians said certain veterans need to step up, so we’ll see if those players that were called out play harder. Cousins has been terrific as of late & big back Kelley provides stability. TE Jordan Reed missing here will hurt, but WAS’s “D” has been making key stops against some prolific “O”s, so I expect no different here.

1 Unit CHI +2 ½: I know what you’re saying, why? Why this gm & why this team? I have a gut feeling that CHI protects hm field w/a tired SF team that’s coming into a back to back rd gm far from hm. Going from warm MIA to cold & windy CHI should be difficult to overcome. Barkley has been awful in his NFL career so far, but actually looked functional against TEN last wk. John Fox has always been able to get the best out of his players, so hopefully they can pull this one off in a battle of draft position.

2 Unit Wormy Teaser:

DEN +9 ½
NE PK
MIA +16 ½
WAS +15 ½

I had an undocumented loss on Thurs backing the Cowgirls. Sad last drive to kill the number. DAL better shore up late gm “D” in those situations, or they’re going to have a very short PO run.

Good Luck today Wormy as I like the Packers myself
Yes! I hope that means my POW odd & even wk streak will come to an end!! I purposely lower my units on odd wks now. Very sad. There seems to be confidence in Brett Hundley within the organization, so I'm hoping he'll be like Matt Flynn was a few yrs ago if Rodgers gets hurt.

See you @ the window my friend.

Hello my friend. Also for the Pack as my Colt's could use some help. I thought they had it last week but Bears dropped to many passes including the game winner on first and goal. I play under on the Bears game.

good luck Wormy Pix

Hey United! Under looks fantastic for CHI/SF. Do you see Kaeperstink's passing line? Lol.

Thanks Bill. PIT/NYG is the ultimate coin flip gm to me. Both "D"s & "O"s are highly inconsistent from wk to wk, you never know what you're going to get come gameday. This gm is very even however, so getting pts would be the smart thing to do. Weather in PIT would be key too. Both QBs are cold weather dudes so I wouldn't expect too much of an impact to them, but WRs would be affected. Jennings is starting to gain hard yds up the middle, so NY would be the way to go here, IMO.
