First and foremost there establishment is new and young and for a beginner it’s more than good.
The food is great and I see he trying to make everyone happy and he accepts every compliment and vise versa.
And if you read on the post on 4-10-2006 about uncle Charlie.
He tells about his father and how the idea came out and
about the foods that they GREW up with in NEW JERSEY.
That’s why he speaks English, and he know most of his customers are GRINGOS…Gringos speaksss ENGLISH.

Mae primero no sea tan mediocre, el chante esta tuanis y está empezando, y estoy seguro q jamo mucho más ahí que ud, pero tambien se pueden hacer criticas, y sin ellas nunca va a poder mejorar, ademas yo nunca critiqué que el mae hablara inglés, pero que se lo hable a los gringos, yo me refiero a que el mae cuando uno le dice "cuanto era?" en español el mae le responde "twenty five hundred" o varas así, así que deje de ser tan sampaguabas.

I tend to use "Spanglish" a lot myself por ejemplo uno momento estoy escribiendo en espanol and the other I am writing in English. So sometimes it is natural for me when my girlfriend ask me a question in Engliish and I reply, "Creo que si". It is just an accident I am sure. But I understand what you are saying, if Dime and I were hanging out and he was speaking Spanish to me I would prefer he spoke in English but I would still understand him in Spanish.
