My bad this show at 8PM is last weeks. The show coming up may or may not be the final. ESPN has scheduled two WSOP shows in a row. We will just have to wait until 9 to see what show is on then #6 or #7.

The final is a two part show, the first part which ran last week and for no apparent reason again this week is when there are 9 players at the table. Part two, which has not aired (I am watching New York area ESPN right now) has the final 4 or 5, who one by one are eliminated until the final two square off for the bracelet and the top money. I quess we will have to wait until next week for that show.

i see.
Some of those bad beats at the table are brutal.
If i were a player & had to deal with some the attitudes of the opponents i would be furious.
But at that point they all have a nice take-home check, i guess.

Blue no kidding in vegas at the tourney I was luck to get a 10 J let alone A K or a pair...

They were playing for 13 hours to get down to 10 players. They obviously can't show all those hands. They only show the big money hands, which of course the players are usually playing with good cards.

Ok maybe this is a dumb question but WHERE do they get the money to pay these people that finish 6th and 5th 250,000$..do the entrants have to post up a fee to get in??

They obviously don't show all the players cards or all the hands played (a day of play doesn't fit into an two hour show). This coverage is absolutely detailed compared to past years. You would see maybe a 1/4 of the hands here.
