In soccer bets, there can be bets made on 1/2 points such as "under 2 1/2" or for 1/4 points or for whole points.

-When you see a bet on -1/2 it means all your bet on the -1/2 line (otherwise known as a handicap).

-When you see a bet with a -1/4 it means pk and -1/2. In other words half your bet on the pick (ties don't win or lose) and half your bet on -1/2.

-A bet on -3/4 would be half your bet on -1/2 and half your bet on -1.

-Likewise, a bet on +1/4 would be half your bet on pk and half your bet on +1/2.

He is good? What is his record over the last 4 years?

Is it documented somewhere, such as:

http://www.onthepunt.com/
Dude, 4 years??? What are you talking about? Who here has been documented for 4 years?? I have followed him for a couple months and his 5*'s hit at least at a 65% clip. Sure, this may change, but I am on the level about the past few months. As always, follow at your own risk gentleman.

The tennis capper at the site i posted {OnThePunt.com} has a 4 year
record listed as follows:

2004 (+81.81 units)
2003 (+78.8 units
2002 (+209.1 units)
2001 (+127.7 units)

Some cappers here {at the RX} post their daily and year to year records
of picks posted at the RX. For a few examples:

Final Totals for year
53-36 YTD in college football. I believe I was similar to that in 2002 also.
I appreciate the opportunity to help and to be helped. I am much improved
since I joined here 3 years ago.

Where have you followed him? I would be interested in seeing his
past posts and how he did for myself, rather than blindly following
the opinions of people i have never heard of before & who have
only about 20 posts each on this site. I trust you'll understand
that this is just common sense.

Performances based on at least a whole year or over 100 picks
will be more reliable than a week or two of picks. Someone who
flips a coin can hit 80% over 20 or 30 games. Then someone
may start to follow them & they could easily go 5-15.

I'd say the longer the winning record, probably the more reliable
the capper. For example, the tennis capper's plays show him winning
big every year for 4 straight years.

Good luck if you've done your homework.

X-Files-

I get your point, and you have a valid explanation. I wouldn't trust people that have a limited number of posts, yet i fall into that category. The cappers who's records you just posted, I follow them too. I agree that being documented somewhere, anywhere, is the best way to go. However, this Ilovefootball that we speak of does not document his record. I follow him on a different well-known sports forum, you could probably figure it out. I am not even sure how regularly he will post here, if at all. But if he does start posting, let's keep a record and see what happens. I am not trying to be one of those punks that we see pop up in forums all the time being a tout or something like that. I dont have time for that, and I understand the many details and intricacies of handicapping. I am just trying to help others out, and this guy has made some coin for a bunch of people.

So, what I am saying is you are right I guess, he hasn't been proven over a long period of time as many cappers here have been. However, sometimes making money in the wagering business means taking chances, and even though he has only posted for a few months, I took a chance and made a profit. Sometimes he comes out with too many plays, then you have to watch out. The other time to be hesitant is on weekends when his mind is obviously also on college and pro football. However, during the week, he has shown the best results.

I hope he does well and helps some people out. This may be the only post from him as he is on and off with the posting. In any case, you can hold me accountable somewhat for how he does. I am not saying bet the ranch with him, but at least pay attention. He is VERY comparable to "Mr. Sharp."

Good luck.

GameBreaker,

Thank you for your response & understanding.

The only other sports gambling forums i frequent are majorwager.com
{MW} and the offshoregamblersdigest.com {OGD}, and i did not find
your man there. But perhaps it is best that his whereabouts be kept a
secret. However until his record can be verified and given a real
stamp of approval, i wouldn't recommend anyone make any serious
investments on his opinions, except for pocket change.

Good luck to all who choose to do otherwise.

Brazil is a good bet. Been reading some Brazilian newspapers who say that they want to stay ahead of Argentina so this is a huge psychological win...they are also fielding a strong side.

Thank you buddy.

I don't need to prove records and why should I?. Picks are just for FYI.

Bet with cares and don't follow me!!

A1exxx,

I think so too. Ecuador have not face anyone as big as Brazil. Yes mexico and what happened ?2-0. Brazil are much talented than Mexico. So you are right that they are going to kick asses.

Sir,

I didn't ask you to "prove records", whatever that is supposed to mean.
I asked someone else who i was typing to where he had followed you,
and he said on some forum which he did not identify. But if you guys
want to keep it a secret, that's up to you. It doesn't matter much
to me either way.

Best of luck.

I agree quantumleap, show some damn respect. Yea so now Ilovefootball is talking too much, but I wonder why? He obviously likes the attention, but he probably also doesn't like the "regulars" paying specific attention to how he does so you can laugh at him and insult him. If "thats how its done here at therx.com", then you got some courtesy and professional problems. And by the way x files, since its you think its a secret we are keeping where he has posted, its at bettorschat. good luck.
