Jman, i ripped my left shoulder pretty good as well.. however i still start chest on the bench. just cant let the ego go.. can still do 250 for 10 reps, shoulder hurts really bad at times.. been eating alot of NO-Fat Cottage Cheese, one tub contains 72grams of protein, 0 grams of fat, only around 24 grams of carbs and only 420 calories.. this has to rank right up there with any kind of food, even drills tuna fish..
