Invasive species (not native to the region) are usually bought accidentally on cargo ships.
But sometimes are imported deliberately to eradicate a plague caused by another species. It doesn't always turn out well.
In Australia native beetles were destroying the sugar cane crop so cane toads were imported into Australia to eat the beatles. Now Australia has an infestation of non-native cane toads. Probably Muslim cane toads

It was deliberate on my part. Ace and Joe Wolf are on high alert at all times. You Dave would be relaxed regardless of where the photo was taken. However the only reason RR is relaxed here is because the photo was taken just feet from the border. But in the previous photo not shown he was actually standing up on 3 legs and holding his wolfnoculars up to his eyes with the fourth leg.
