Wow!! Watching this game on BTN. They can't run, McEvoy can't pass, even though he had one drop, but they are going to struggle this year. And since Stave is out indefinitely they have no chance with McEvoy!! He's pure garbage, put him back to safety!

Guess this is a classic letdown situation for Wisky, blowing the big lead in the prime time game against LSU, a game that could have made their season. Did you take the 41?

Wait. Weren't you saying how great Wisconsin was last week? And Gordon isn't even the best runningback in the Big Ten, let alone country. He looks great, is fast, but his runs are mostly through big holes. Have yet to see much wiggle or ability to get small. Just my opinion though.

Big 10 is no where near the level of the SEC. So lets not try to compare in any way please.

Please read. My only comparison that you don't take one of the worst teams to seal the fate of a conference. It's all about winning titles. In that the SEC is king. Nobody is using Kentucky to make the SEC arguement a 0 conference win team in '13 btw

yea they are as bad as KState...

K-State probably looking ahead to the Auburn invasion of Manhatten next game, plus Iowa St. at home knows them pretty well going way back to days of Big 8 conference.

MSU and OSU look good this year in the BIG 10 that's it. I get what you are saying. It's just not a good year for the BIG 10 period.

Taking W.Ill +18 for the 2H. Let's hope Wisconsin continues to stink it up.

Unfortunately for the Big10, with the exception of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and now Maryland and New Jersey, none of those other areas are heavy recruiting areas where you have a ton of HS talent. Take Michigan for instance. The cities of Detroit, G Rapids, and Lansing have all experienced huge population losses (to the south and southwest) in the past 10+ years. So there is not a huge recruiting base to build on. They've lost over HALF of their populations (close to 2 Mil people have left those areas combined)

With their performances on the field, it's not going to get better. It's why I said it won't take Penn St long to get back on top with the hiring of JFranklin. Both he and Urban will be able to supplement their in-state talent with talent from the South/Southeast because of their past ties. In 10 years, Big 10 will just be a flyover conference similar to the northern teams in the Big12 (KU, KSU, ISU). They'll be good in hoops but their football success is going to continue to dwindle.

Just a thought.
