99% of the programs that pop open when booting up u computer are going to be in one of 3 places
-Open my computer or explorer, and browse to your profile folder ( documents and settings\(logon ID or logon name)
-Open Start Menu, Open Programs, Open Startup (Maybe in here)
-OR-
-Open my computer or explorer, and browse to your profile folder ( documents and settings\All Users
-Open Start Menu, Open Programs, Open Startup (Maybe in here)
-OR-
Go to Start (windows key) - Run
type in regedit
Expand the following folders:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current_Version
Click on Run, On the right side of the registry editor should list values (programs) and their paths.
(Probably in Here) - By deleting a value in here know that u are only removing the shortcut for the program to automatically run when your computer boots.
