Not sure how a minor league team in Florida does not sign him. Scouts said he had talent and power but was very raw and awkward. Some minor league team needs the ticket sale boost and attention boost.

My favorite athlete of this millennium so I hope he succeeds. Arguably one of the greatest college players ever, had a great winning percentage as an nfl qb, does a great job at espn ... dude is just a winner at life.<iframe id="google_osd_static_frame_469392962858" name="google_osd_static_frame" style="display: none; width: 0px; height: 0px;"></iframe>

I say no.

But i still think he's good enough to be a 2nd or 3rd string QB in the NFL & better than many who already are...

Career... No.

A Job... Yes.

The guy is an athlete but more importantly, he will sell tickets and jerseys. Some team will take a shot on the name and make some money for a year or two.

Minor League baseball is all about gimmicks. They can't sell those games for shit. It's a good spike in ticket sales. If he would have played baseball since high school without a break for football, the likliehood of being a major leaguer is poor.

I was lucky enough with my job being at the workout. Most of the staff I was with were shocked at how well he did. His bat speed for not playing since High School was remarkable. His speed was MLB average but the one weakness he really had was his arm strength. Most of the scouts rated it well below MLB average. For a guy who hasnt played the game in years I have to say I was highly impressed as were many others. I think the Braves or Marlins may take a shot at him. I can almost guarantee he will be somewhere for Spring Training as long as hes not wrapped around to much money.

Nfl teams don't want the attention and publicity. If hes a qb then fans will want him to backup or starting if original qb fucks up. It's stupid but it's true. Baseball is exactly the opposite. They need the attention and this is perfect for him. I think he's serious about it and he plays somewhere in the minors.

The guy is a like a virgin Kardashian doing anything he can to stay in the spotlight. If he makes a team it's to help draw attendance to a minor league club.
