I made a few hundred bucks betting at Sportsbook.com on the NBA Draft last night. However, when I processed the payout, I forgot to check "Express Courier" to get my payout faster, which would have forfeited $20 of my winnings. I went into Live Chat today and talked to someone who clearly was using a translator (no one speaks English is THAT bad) and before saying "thanks for the help", I closed the box simply because I wasn't satisfied with the responses (they were being professional and not giving a basic "Yes" or "No" response).
As a CSR myself for the past 2 years, I know that if someone is rude to me, I will definitely not go "above and beyond" to meet their needs. I've seen the horror stories posted about how some books (oddsmaker.com) won't process a payout if you are rude to the CSR's. Do you guys think that there is a legit case for that here? Or am I paranoid and making a big deal out of nothing?
