I think there should be one bowl thread like NCAAB and NBA, not a new one for every bowl. Then we can subscribe to it and get email notification when Randizzle posts something new. I know I messed his plays from yesterday. Thoughts?
Jackal is right. The most important thing for me is to know when Randy posts any plays without having to check his thread every few minutes to see if he posted something. The feature that lets us subscribe to a thread and receive an email from that thread whenever Randy posts a new play is one we should make better use of. But, as Jackal says, it would be difficult to subscribe to each thread every time Randy opens one and this is the reason why just one thread with all his plays would be a big help to everyone. Then do whatever he wants for a discussion thread, either one thread to discuss everything or one discussion thread for each new pick.
Seeing all the posts today asking Randy when he is going to post something can be one more way to overload the system, especially when people are waiting for a play(s) when Randy isn't going to have one for that/those games. Take today for example. Is he going to post a play on the New Orleans bowl. If, for example, he knows he won't be posting anything for that game, why can't he just say he has nothing for tonight and then anyone who keeps checking Randys threads looking to see if Randy posted anything can stop checking and do something else with their time. Better still, if Randy knows which game will be his next post, let us know and we can stay away until then. These must be someone here who would like to know now, if Randy is posting a play for the New Orleans Bowl. If he is, keep checking, if he isn't no need to keep checking. I've wondered if he is going to post something at times, although tonight I don't care because I have already played Troy.
