Why the love for SMU?

Took Memphis -2.5 earlier this week

seeing that line is now SMU-1.5

why the line movement?

I don't see any major injuries for Memphis.....probably because Memphis hasn't played a game in a month and SMU has 3 games already played and at home I'm guessing....revenge factor also for SMU. I'm on Memphis myself here....SMU should have opened favorites at home in this game not get pushed to favorites by the public. Oddsmakers know what's up

I love SMU as a team also...that QB is superb! But why oddsmakers open this up Memphis -2 in your opinion? SMU 3-0 and at home both teams seem pretty even...why not SMU -2 at least for home field advantage to open? I don't know seems very fishy to me I can't back SMU here. Plus the consensus is all over SMU seems way too easy for me

The line movement seems to be an accurate correction. Just as you noted, it seems SMU has the edge.

Crap. Was watching the game on mute as I was doing a “honey do” list and thought Memphis was wearing the blue jerseys.
