What has he done at Bama thats so great? Bama's offense this year is 51st in total offense. Essentially the offense is.... turn and give it to henry for the 44th time.

The 4 recruiting classes before he got to USC were ranked #1, #2, #8 and #4. When he got there he pulled in rankings of #1, #4 and #8.
And with those classes his USC teams went 28-15.

Kiffin has been outstanding as offensive coordinator. When Saban hired him, I thought it was a bad hire.

Man was I wrong. He will be a head coach again and working at Alabama has given him knowledge of how
to run a program...not just be head coach.

I hope to hell he coaches one more year in Tuscaloosa. With another new QB, we need him.

I cannot understand why the bama fans are on his ass every year. Just think if he had a stud at QB. Average QB's at best and he runs a great Offense. If they had a better DC would have beat Ohio State last year :) not a fan of smart if you have not noticed yet. Saban gives him the nations best and tells him not to screw it up but their D is what has failed them in the big game losses. Will be interesting to see if Smart can stop OU and or Clemson. I know Bama fans are praying for a match up with Iowa in game 1. Just a match up nightmare for Iowa imo.

I agree with what someone else said in the thread. He just isnt built to be a HC. He would be nuts to leave Bama, gets the best athletes year after year and gets to sit back and play while Saban has to deal with the ass wipes in the media.

currently on the roster they have the #11 qb in the class of 2013, the #3 qb of 2014 and #2 qb of 2015. I'll give you one of those guys is a true freshamn. Hell I'll even give you one has only been there 2 years but dont act like they dont ever get highly rated qb's at bama. I'm not saying Kiffin is bad, I'm saying he hasn't done anything these last 2 years that should draw any attention from major schools. Especially after his last head coaching gig. I don't care if the QB is average, there is literally three 5 star rb's, lord knows how many high 4 or 5 star O lineman, a 5 star TE, and two 5 star WR's on the team right now. Good lord they have more talent then any other team in the country and its not even close. And with that you still have the 51st ranked offense in college. Again, i'm not saying he is bad. Just hasn't done anything thats worthy of a call from a big boy program to me. If i'm virginia maybe i would've gave him a call. Maryland or Rutgers sure, But not Miami or South Carolina.

Allice in wonderland...please bring on another one with their opinion of Alabama and Mr. Kiffin.

It's comical to us so called 'rednecks' who follow Alabama.

I think Kiffin ends up as a OC in the NFL. You look at what he's had to work with at Bama and I say, "WOW". He's impressive. I could see him in Baltimore, Detroit or SF as an OC next year. His attitude might be jacked up. but the guy can draw it up X-O wise.
