This line really makes no sense to me?! Any insight would be appreciated. I just don't understand why this is a 15 point spread or more. Is someone missing tonight??

The public has a short memory and they remember that Phoenix got beat at home their last game. If this line were at -15 the public would largely bet on GS and that line would have a 50% chance to win since I think it should be -15 as well. At a 50% chance of losing with 80% of the public being on one side the books open themselves up to a big loss.

ATS. . Thats exactly why I asked the question . . .Suns -10.5 over GS seems like I no brainer. I am expecting the suns to blow them out by 20+

I'm with you Kruser6. This qualifies as a "bad beat" scenario for the Suns as they got beat at home their last game. This oftentimes causes a team to go balls-out the next game.

Some may be afraid of a backdoor by GS late in the game. However, this Phoenix team rarely stops. If they do put the subs in it will be while they are up by 30. One recent time this happened was at Minn. Even in that game the Suns won by 29.

Phoenix on 1 day rest their worst. Phoenix 3-8 ats after a loss. Phoenix playing in a home and home series. GS no home blowouts this year vs Western Conference. 25 point blowout, rightttttt.

finite:

5 of those ATS losses after a loss were in mid-January when Nash was out. Their latest game after a loss was a blowout in Minnesota. You can't always go by the numbers.

GS did get blown out at home against Cleveland and New Jersey but they haven't played Phoenix at home yet.

Actually Memphis did blow them out once and lost to them once. The blowout was a 3.5 spread. Minn got them by 8, Seattle and Sac 3 and 4. When playing for blowouts look for motivation! None here. That kid Cap? who was traded to GS from Phoenix was popular with his old team and he is finally playing. Just a relaxing game with a 5 point winner. Motivation!

Just remeber one thing, these are only human and they cant possibly get up for every game, Will the Suns come out and hand it to Golden St, I dont think it will happen, I see alot of bench players in this game for the Suns and you will need free throws at the end for a cover, if that is worth wagering on then nail away, Just me opinion,

The Suns have run every game this year, even when Steve Nash was gone. GS was doing well early in this game by going inside. Phoenix adjusted to force them to take shots from the outside. This should work for Phoenix as GS is 29th in shooting percentage.

UNbelievable. . . Nice call C-lo. You got real lucky there to end the game however. Seattle just fell completely apart and Dallas didnt miss a shot.

Yeah, I had them good in the 1st half, and I listened to Steam and took a good jag on the 2nd half under so I won't lose too much. However, Houston will hurt a very good day if they blow this game like they are.
