Why doesn't Shaq get the calls he used to?

Shaq gets called now for moves that he used for years. What would cause the refs to change? It seems like there have been more fouls this year in the playoffs than any other year I can remember.

Thoughts???

Hmm, the Heat have no free throws in the first half at 8:57 in the 2nd quarter and they have been fouled in the act at least 4 times. This is almost as bad as in Denver. I just cannot believe Shaq and Wade are getting jobbed like this.

Forgive me for being cynical, but it sounds to me like you are on the wrong side of a big bet. I am watching the game myself and am not noticing any obvious referee errors. Perhaps the reason Miami is losing by 10 at 5:22 2nd qtr is the following:

1. 13-35 FG (37%)
2. 9 turnovers in less than 2 quarters
3. One made three pointer out of 6 attempts

I am a little tired of seeing people blame their bad bets on officiating. Over time, it all equals out. If you are a decent enough handicapper, good or bad officiating should never even cross your mind if you are thinking long term. Don't blame misanalysis of a game on something other than what it really is.

You are forgiven I went very small only $100, but the refs are horrible in this game. Shaq is getting jobbed. I won enough last year to buy your house in Omaha probably, so no reason to feel for me. It doesn't equal out in time, wakeup. People just say it evens out to make them feel better.

Tirico has just started to talk about the officials, junior.

First off, there is no way in shit you made enough money to purchase my house last year, unless you had a multi-million dollar year. If so, good job. It was obviously not with the same analytical thinking that led you to the Heat today, however.

Secondly, just because you have posted more times at a certain site than someone else does not make you cooler, or smarter. In fact, it is usually quite the opposite. So get off you high horse and don't refer to me as "junior", especially when I at least have the sack to play the MIA/CHI game for more than what your parents gave you as allowance for the month of May.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, Mike Tirico is always right about everything. If HE says the officiating is bad, it surely is. Because Mike Tirico is always right.

They have multi million dollar houses in Omaha junior???? Unless you are W. Buffett, I doubt it. Hey little man, go out and put another coat of paint on the barn, didn't your mommie tell you it needed to be done? LOL. Done messing with you HICK.

I know I am dealing with a man of class when they respond to objective criticism regarding their poor NBA selection with typical Midwestern stereotypes. Grow up. Omaha is a large city of over 500,000 people. I have never seen a barn ever within the city limits. Drive outside of a city anywhere in the US and you'll see a barn/farm. Good one though. I can tell that it took a lot of deep thought and analysis, much like you Heat -3.5 pick, to come up with that zinger about putting up another coat of paint on the barn.

And yeah, there are a lot of millionaires around here little boy. Ever hear of a company called Ameritrade? Look it up sometime.:finger:

They are calling a tight game with Shaq. His last foul was a joke. Even with things going Chicagos way Miami is only down 4. Miami is pissed and they want this game. We shall see if this translates to a Heat win. I think being only down 4 is a major victory for the Heat in the 1st half. They have the momentum back.
