Cook is playing. Thats why it went from 1 1/2 earlier in the week to 10. Now down to 7. Vegas tries to trick us. They know if your gonna play Mich st at-10 then you are damn sure gonna play em at -7. Just like yesterday. They know if your gonna play Marshall +10 and the line steams up to Marshall +12 1/2 then your most certainly gonna play em. This Mich st line is a classic case of reverse line movement.

line rarely makes the difference in a state penn game...when they lose they don't cover.

in L17 losses they have covered once. in L41 losses they have covered twice

if you like Spartans lay the 7. if you like state penn take them ML

I concur. I believe playing UNDER 44 in this game has tremendous value. Very conservative, lots of running, FGs. !/
