In 2012 the Seattle Seahawks cut then Quarterback Matt Flynn and his 2 million dollar salary and 6 million dollar signing bonus (8 million guaranteed money) for little known back-up quarterback Russell Wilson who they paid $526,000. On Sunday Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks won the Super Bowl defeating the Denver Broncos and Quarterback Payton Manning (Salary: 18,000.000.00). Who says you get what you pay for?

SEA will be digging into their pockets soon enough for all of those guys that they are paying under a million. All that pep talk from Pete Carroll just doesn't pay the bills and doesn't compare to what others are making.

By the way Wilson is set to earn $662,434 in 2014 and under the 2011 Collective Bargaining Agreement, rookie contracts cannot be renegotiated until three seasons have passed. So Wilson is locked into his salary for 2014. If that ain't injustice I don't know what is! PS $662,434 is less then what the top 10 paid NFL Quarterbacks make "per game"!

Its a shame. Are the folks in the SEA front office ex-congressional reps?

Slapping-silly90)) to them

i'll help you out. seattle will give him bonus clauses, which is legal, that are easily attainable. add that to endorsement money and he will be fine until contract time.

Memphy who wrote this for you?

I know you took some of your Super Bowl winnings and bought an auto tune.
The alternative is I'm still so hammered your writing looks normal.
