Who wants to buy or rent a condo?

Well this is the deal I got a friend who needs to sell his condo. Is a very nice place,really secure got a beautifull view. Its got 5 rooms total 4 are on the second floor( 1 is small kind for an office )one is on the first floor and also 3 bathrooms .On the first floor this condo has the kitchen,the laundry,the living,and dinning room.Also has a jacuzzi and a superfitial waterfall.
My friend wants to sell or rent the place.If any of you wants to rent is for $1300 a month if want to buy is $139000.

The condo is located in el alto las palomas between Escazu and Santa Ana up in the hills.

Inside of the condo itself there is not a green area but oout side there is a green area still in the conplex where as right exist a little playground and space for something like what u got.
I`m pretty sure that there is even for another dog.

Isn't Alto las Palomas shifting?? I've heard that the land there is not very stable and is shifting. The foundations of most houses there is cracking.

Eggplant I don`t think we`re talking baout the same place cause I have not seem any cracking on any of the houses on our hood.This place we got for sale is infront of the house were the american amabassador`s mother lives.Very secure area.
