I'll throw some free advice here which goes contrary to my business.

DON'T EVER BUY SOFTWARE!

Lease only. Software is constantly changing, operating systems are constantly changing, new features are constantly being added. If you feel you must buy your own software, plan your budget accodingly to see if you could save over 3 years and no more than that.

That is true but, if u get a good deal for buying the software is better, just in the contract put in addition to everything that the company will give u support and updates for the product that u purchased for at least one year.
