Norv Turner, hands down. He took a team with 9 pro bowlers and the chargers have one more win than the raiders. Down by 6, with 2 minutes to go and only two timeouts, the guy punts the ball away. he keeps coaching as if he has the 85 bears defense to play with. he simply does not understand the chargers are the worst defense in football, yet time and time again he punts the ball when he should go for it in hopes that the worst defense in the league is going to come up big. A real coach would have benched Lt already and gone after a free agent running back about 6 games ago.
