who is racsa

once agian i find myself lost in shuffle of living in costa rica
i just recieved a bill from racsa for 46000 c. they claim i havnt paid them for my internet for 3 months.
ive been paying cable tica 15500c for cable a month and 13900 c. for internet i havent missed a payment.
there telling me racsa is a additional service fee that is needed to recieve service which is news to me.so for tv and internet thats about $80 a month does this sound right or am i overpaying.hno:
