Who here buys online instead of going shopping?

With all of these businesses closing down and bringing in liquidators, I have learned that liquidation is just a scam to get people to spend out of their budget because they think they are getting a deal when in reality you are paying 10-20% above sale price.

I have been doing the bulk of my shopping online as of late. I use Amazon all the time and I enjoy my spending experience. Amazon gives me real customer reviews, free shipping no tax and the guarantee everything regardless if brand new or used. I just bought a Samsung LCD from Amazon on March 30th for $1899 and it is scheduled to be delivered this Monday. Well I just noticed the price of the TV dropped to $1799 and what do you know Amazon just issued my a $100 credit back on my credit card. Plus I didn't even have to pay that bullshit television disposal fee that the stores just love to charge you.

Use it mostly for books, since my mobility is such that I don't get to the library any more. Trouble w/that is, that many times even after reading the synopsis I find I've read it before. So I just read it again?

Absolutely buy most of my consumables online today rather than invest time to travel to and muck through store(s).

Shameless plug as to that being a key reason I plugged back in with an Amway Global supply network as we've found that a steadily increasing percentage of North Americans would much rather shop online as compared to the mid to late 1990s.

Only time I shop completely online is at christmas. I have had a few already where every last gift was purchased online and I grab some gift wrap at CVS and that's the end of it.
