State projected as the #7 team in the SEC West. They have a very good returning QB, but their offensive line is brand new and they lose their #1 RB. The defense loses a lot of talent, and must be rebjuilt. The schedule is not kind, except for the usual non-con creampuffs like NOrthwestern State and Troy. State goes to Auburn, A&M, Missouri and Arkansas, and hosts Alabama and LSU. It is easier to find 7 losses than 7 wins.
