Can't think of anyone but I would imagine the front runners emerge late next year

If things stay on the same keel Obama will be a shoo-in, so their best and brightest (if they have any such thing) will remain in hideing.

If things stay the way they are, i.e. Obama's ratings in the shitter,
Obama will pull another Jimmy Carter.

So who do they run?

Too early to tell...

Knowing me, you'd understand that I like Huckabee... but I'm not sure if he's electable.

I just want to get a friggen fiscal conservative in there, I don't care what party they are...

LOL

you mean free falling in the polls, shifting generic support to Republicans, more money being raised by Republicans, Democratic Senate seats trailing in CT, NV, DE and 1 or 2 others places, a stimulus that didn't stimulate, broken promises about the wars, soaring unemployment and a deficit increasing faster than the speed of light

"is a good thing"

Maybe a fiscal conservative and a social liberal, then I would buy a few votes.

Zit, Huckabee has a disarming personality and he's electable.

He can debate and have some wit too, which is important in these debates. Yes, unfortunately, we are that shallow.

I want a strong fiscal conservative, and I want all the leaders from both parties to be literally run out of down.

Huckabee or Romney hopefully should be able to give Hillary a good whopping in 2012. BO will be teaching philosophy at some uppity
institution maybe with his pal gates at Harvard!

The person I would like to see run in 2012 is Gingrich.

President Newt Gingrich. Oh man, that makes me laugh really hard. My sides are killing me. I can understand why you want another 4 years of Obama, but still.

What gave you the impression I would want another 4 years of BO?

Newt is a true fiscal conservative. He has the sharpest mind of any politician today. He made Clinton look really good when he was speaker of the house. Remember when government actually ran on a balanced budget and the country wasn’t trillions in debt?

I know you’re a kool aid drinker but BO has done nothing positive for the country to date and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

I didn't think guys who had affairs were allowed to run for public office in the US? That would disqualify Newt.

No, in this day and age it’s perfectly acceptable to have affairs before or after election.

Good because a country wouldn't want to ignore a well qualified candidate just because he or she had an affair in his or her personal relationship.
