Was it Chicago or Colorado that played last night.
Oh yeah, it was indeed the Avalanche who played last night while Chicago sat at home watching the Avs lose to San Jose.
Yeah that's right and then Colorado had to travel from Denver to Chicago after their loss for tonight's affair.

Well you would never fucking know it from watching this game!!!!!

Why is it that more often than not, it's the team that played and travelled the night before that always seems to have the upper hand against the rested team they're playing next on the road the very next day?

as i've said. watch the hawks and wings team totals they are MONEY!!!! if they throw them a 2.5 or 3 jump on it..you will win more than you lose. i bet they hang a 3.5 on detriot saturday against jersey.

OK, they (Hawks) finally got it going in this third frame and lets also keep in mind that the Avs got the benefit of the powerplay by a four to one margin, at least that's the way I saw it with about seven minutes remaining in the third or regulation.

Please clarify for me Scromagnum.
Are you saying that if they hang a 2.5 or 3-goal team total on the Wings or Blackhawks in any game, that the over is the play? Or do you mean the under is the play?

the over is definitely the play. " you will win more times than you lose". i'm quoting myself because you won't win every time. right now is a good time as the books haven't caught up to the scoring, but i think that might change very quickly.(let's hope not)

wings..out of last 9 games the lowest they scored was 2. they were giving detriot over 2.5 but it was +money when they played san jose. we know they were a tired team, i believe in a 4 in 6 with back to back overtime.

hawks have been on a scoring tear also. out of their last 9 games the lowest they scored was 2 goals. that was on the road against minny.

the thing is we still have to cap the games. in certain situations they might not hit the total. and every team will go into a small slump. maybe half way thru the season when the fatigue sets in.

the league wants more scoring? they're definitely getting it from detriot and chicago. nothing is a for sure though.

i'm also checking out montreals totals. they got a good scoring machine.

if anyone has an opinion, please share it.
