Brett Favre still would be better than at least 12 other starting QB's active today, not able to make it to the top 5 no way, but maybe slip into the top 10 if he gets in good shape... he could make the playoffs

Very few.

Many stick around way too long past their prime and are forced to retire because of injuries.

To me the greatest comeback ever has got to be Sugar Ray Leonard when he fought Marvelous Marvin Hagler back in 1986. Leonard was 4 years retired.
