Yes, Blue Ribbon is the ONLY book you'll need. You'll want to order it directly from Blue Ribbon though, as the distribution sucks now that they have gone with Ambrose Printing. You used to be able to find a stray copy of it at Borders, but those days are over.

For the Blue Ribbon Top 25 teams, they breakdown every player on the roster, bench included which usually end up totalling at least two full pages per team. These are oversized pages with small print, so there is a TON of info. For the rest of the 300+ DI teams, they get about a page and change of breakdown, once again being very thorough with all players and freshmen. It's absolutely key when trying to break down early season matchups in the low and mid-major conferences. It is THE reference for college hoops.

You definately would have. Joe Lunardi, now of ESPN Bracketology fame, was a former major contributor to Blue Ribbon. go to any broadcast row at a big time NCAA game and you'll see a lot of Blue Ribbon books laying around.

Forget about buying 4 magazines at $8 all with the same garbage one page writeups and bad articles and just buy BR.
