Which Duke Former Assistant is the Worst?

I think they are all very overrated but I think Brey is the worst. I can only think of one player that improved during their career at Notre Dame and that is Matt Carroll. Chris Thomas and Torin Francis were just as good as freshmen as they are now. I also can't stand the mock turtleneck under the blazer look that he goes for. He'd be better off teaching history back at Dematha High School. Quin Snyder is also lucky to have a job. He is often outcoached as was the case tonight. The Missouri program has not only gone downhill talent wise but they are lucky not to be on probation. Tommy Amaker can actually recruit players but that's it. He screwed up Seton Hall and then left town. He has talent at Michigan but still can't make the NCAA tournament. Actually, Delaware had their worst year in a long time this year under David Henderson. Maybe there is a reason no one is knocking down doors to get Wojo, Johnny Dawkins and Chris Collins.

I would have to say Quin Snyder. Being a Mizzou fan, the teams that made runs early on in Dance were kids recruited by Norm Stewart (Kareem Rush, Paulding, Johnson, Gilbert, Dooling, etc). Only recruits for Snyder of note have been McKinney (Top Player out of STL who is gone backwards), Kleiza (who Snyder has not taught to play smart but if played under good coach would be 1st team all american), and Conley (transfer who went from leading country in scoring to barely scoring avg in double digits). The only reason Mizzou improved defensively is because of Coach Watkins. If Snyder does not get the job done next year which means Dance bid and top 3 finish in Big 12, he will be done at Missouri.

Snyder, hands down. With all the B.S. surrounding Clemons, how has Snyder not been fully investigated and Missouri slapped with serious probation? The guy runs a sketchy program, but Duke has influence everywhere.

Snyder. I just don't like his persona. Have you ever seen a coach dance and prance the sidelines as much as he. He must have a contract for network airtime. He was on camera 80% more of the time than DePaul's coach and he outcoached Quinn.

He was in the right place at the right time. Duke won Championship, Quinn was asst. coach, so he was highly recuited. Just because Coach K can do it, doesn't mean crap for his assistants.
