Which book*** has the best/shortest response time for sending and recieving NETeller?

Faster than immediate? Hmmm... the one that jumps to mind is Olympic, where you don't even have to log off in order to see your balance updated.

I think (not positive) that Intertops is this way as well.

BlueGrass is VERY fast ... instant deposits & < 5 minute w/ds (but you have to call them in)

Bowmans is a very sharp book. They pay fast & their lineman, Scott K, is a top notch guy ...

... only bad side is they deal multiple lines.

But no doubt, Pinnacle is the best one for Neteller. And they NEVER run out of Neteller funds which is the most important thing.

IB - Bowman's is a nice out, can't go wrong with them. Also I like CanBet, Intertops and BetWorks for bases. Use them along with Pinnacle and usually you will have the best # available.

Few other shops I like that don't offer overnights. Just started with Rio and they are a nice shop as well.

Bowmans is an excellent book for baseball (sharp or square lines) and other North American sports.

One reason for this is when they get heavy on a game they actually move their lines offering an attractive price the other way.

Too many books these days keep their numbers smack dab in the middle of the Don Best screen, regardless of their own chart.
