According to this thing I'm a hybrid of Ghandi and the Dalia Lama.

Which puts me in the same neighborhood as Nelson Mandella and the Dalai Lama. Go figure.

In the same neighborhood as Mandela and the Dali Lama. By the way if I recall correctly from the movie Caddyshack, wasn't the Dali Lama a heavy hitter?

3/4 to Liberal and 3/4 to Libertarain. Looks about right. Apparently right between Mandela and Dalai Lama.

I took a similiar, but much shorter quiz and it said that I was a Centrist Authoritarian .. go figure. ( http://www.self-gov.org/quiz.html )

Then I took a party affiliation quiz on the Libertarian website .. what a mess ( http://www.lp.org/issues/platform/compare/platshort.html ).
-You preferred the Democratic stance for 2 issues. Democratic Platform
-You preferred the Green stance for 2 issues. Green Platform
-You preferred the Libertarian stance for 1 issue. Libertarian Platform.
-You preferred the Republican stance for 2 issues. Republican Platform.

From the Frequently Asked Questions page:

[too funny ...]

When are you guys gonna learn to spell?

This grievance comes from those who aren't aware that British and American spellings sometimes differ.

We've been at the centre of some rancour, but we're not going to take offence or harbour any grievances. The catalogue of complaints won't colour this organisation's programme. It's a grey area anyway. And we don't want to labour the point.

XPanda, most of the questions on that quiz are idiotic and poorly worded.

#1. Corporations are PEOPLE. Corporations are owned by the PEOPLE who are the stockholders.

#2. "Right or Wrong" As defined by whom?? Right and wrong are subjective.

#3. It is fine to be proud of your country if you believe there is reason to.

#4. Fair question

#5. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." Sometimes circumstance dictates that is a wise policy. See Stalin and WWII.

#6. What exactly is "International Law" and who defines it? Not the UN.

#7. Very Fair Question.

That's just the first page, I could go on.

It was just in fun, my friend ... it's not like we're giving out prizes. If we all answer the same questions, then our results can be taken in the context of how relative they are to one another. Don't get your nuts all in a bunch.

As always...Fair and Balanced.

Way too many "never" and "always" in the Q's.

Jacques Chirac!? Hmmmm. He is kinda cool but I'm not into this democracy thing anyway.

Patriot is right, the questions were way too ambiguous. Like if I strongly disagreed with an "always" because of 1 counterexample yet my true sentiments are "99% of the time" I get lots of Hitler points. Kind of unfair if you ask me.
